Damaged or Faulty Items

If you received an item that is damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost to you.

🕒 You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at support@minimizercurvebra.com.

To qualify for a free replacement, your case must meet one of the following criteria:

  • The item is damaged, broken, or soiled upon arrival.

  • The parcel is lost in transit and never arrives.

We do not offer replacements for items that are reported outside this 48-hour window.


Returns & Exchanges Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges once an item has been delivered. Due to the intimate nature of our product and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.

We do not provide refunds or replacements if the customer changes their mind after receiving the product.


Shipping & Address Accuracy

Minimizer Curve™ is not responsible for lost or misrouted packages due to incorrect shipping information.

✅ Please make sure all your shipping details are correct before placing your order.
📱 International customers must provide a valid phone number for delivery coordination.

If a package is returned to sender due to incorrect address, we will offer to:

  • Reship the order (customer covers the additional shipping fee).

  • OR Cancel the order minus the original shipping and handling cost.


Cancellation Policy

Yes, orders can be canceled — within 24 hours of purchase only.

📩 Please send an email to support@minimizercurvebra.com with your cancellation request and reason.
⏰ Cancellations after 24 hours will not be accepted, especially if the product has already entered processing or shipping.


Refund Processing

If a refund is issued (only under approved cases), please allow 24–48 hours for it to be processed. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several business days for the funds to appear in your account.


Submitting a Claim

To request a replacement or refund, email us at support@minimizercurvebra.com and attach:

  • A photo of the item showing the issue clearly

  • The original packaging

  • The size tag (if applicable)

📸 All claims are subject to review and verification by our support team. Minimizer Curve™ reserves the right to refuse any refund or replacement if the criteria above are not met.
